Brandon Hicks is the founder of Ridgeline Wealth Group and a seasoned real estate investor with a self-storage portfolio of over 110,000 square feet and nearly 900 units across five facilities. Since launching his investing journey in 2020, Brandon has grown the portfolio to $11 million in assets under management and has a clear path toward $50 million. He and his team are committed to sourcing high-performing, off-market opportunities that offer passive investors strong returns and access to deals they might not otherwise see.
Before transitioning full-time into real estate, Brandon spent nearly a decade as a mechanical engineer in the consumer electronics industry, leading new product development for global brands. He brings that same problem-solving mindset and systems-driven thinking into his investing strategy—analyzing deals, optimizing operations, and building long-term value at every stage.
Based in Massachusetts with his wife, Shelby, and their golden retriever, Harper, Brandon founded Ridgeline Wealth Group with a clear mission: to achieve financial freedom, create a meaningful impact, and help others do the same through strategic, well-operated investments

Rob is the Co-Founder of Ridgeline Wealth Group and a dedicated advocate for financial freedom through real estate. Based in Nashville, TN, Rob specializes in acquisitions and investor relations for Ridgeline’s growing self-storage portfolio, which he co-owns and operates alongside his business partner, Brandon.
Originally from State College, Pennsylvania, Rob earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Penn State University. He brings a competitive edge and strong work ethic from his background as a five-year Top 20% performer in Medical Device Sales and as a former Captain of the USA Youth Fly Fishing Team.
Rob’s passion lies in helping others build lasting wealth and security through strategic real estate investments. His vision for Ridgeline is not only to generate strong returns but to create an environment where partners and team members thrive both professionally and personally.
